Principal Leadership: Raising the Achievement of All Learners in Inclusive Education

Purpose: The paper aims to investigate principal leadership in raising the achievement of all learners inclusive education Secondary Schools Fako Division, South West Region Cameroon. study had three main objectives.
 Methodology: This was premised on classical liberal theory equal opportunities advanced by Sherman and Wood (1982). A qualitative research design employed using a case approach. Data collected interview technique through semi-structured questionnaires. group consisted 10 school administrators who were selected purposeful sampling technique. analyzed an inductive thematic content analysis.
 Findings: findings demonstrated key role fostering new meanings about diversity, principal’s attitude towards support education, building bridges visioning relationships between schools communities. also identified negative behaviors, lack funding, inadequate facilities, untrained teachers poor collaboration families as challenges faced education. Lastly, instructional practices supports high expectations for students with disabilities, shared vision school-wide commitment schools, parental engagement decision-making redesigning best needed promoting education.
 Recommendation: recommend leaders work collaboratively staff spread reform so that parents community engaged implementation
